Methodologies
CPS employs specific proven and efficient
techniques, all geared toward allowing the client to individually craft a
program that best suits their own environment and schedule.
Individual Objectives Assessment This method utilizes a one-on-one, or small group dynamic to achieve the most intensive study of an individual’s communicative style while allowing CPS to formulate a custom application of instruction that is unparalleled. Through this approach, CPS crafts company-wide objectives and criteria in a more streamlined manner. Depending on the client’s prerogative, CPS can take a more hands-on approach or a more observational role. This method is broken down further into 3 segments:
Evaluation – While observing the individual, we offer critique and suggestions relevant to public speaking. This can take place either in the client’s professional environment or in synthetic situations created by CPS and client management.
Assessment – After observing the client in their professional environment, we use our custom evaluation criteria to draw conclusions from each.
Executive Summary – We then report back to the client with individualized statements of strengths, weaknesses and recommendations for improvement.
Group Seminars After completing the initial evaluations, CPS will have all of the compulsory information needed to create small or large group seminars addressing the areas of greatest necessity. These tutorials are used to address broad-ranging, company-wide communication needs in a manner where all participants are given the opportunity to see coworkers and management working toward the same goals.
Continuing Communications Cultivation Keeping with our philosophy of complete customization, “continuing cultivation” provides the greatest opportunity for progress. In this phase, CPS essentially assumes the role of a coach for your company, providing continuing and successive growth in all areas of public speaking and content delivery. This process is highly flexible, and can include the following tools:
· Presentation enhancement · Individualized critique · Synthetic scenarios · Colleague evaluations |
